Welcome

Shady Lane Cemetery is a place of remembrance, history, and community heritage.
Many of the individuals laid to rest here helped shape the families, industries, and neighborhoods of our region.
This digital memorial project was created to preserve and share their stories. By scanning the QR codes placed throughout the cemetery, visitors can access memorial pages containing photographs, historical records, obituaries, military service information, and ongoing research.
Some memorials are complete, while others are still being carefully researched. This is an active preservation effort, developed and maintained by volunteers committed to honoring every life with dignity and respect.
We invite you to explore, remember, and reflect.
